Return Policy
Because our products are intimate in nature, we only accept returns for items that are still sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll need to get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order, and send us clear photos of the unopened package. Once we verify the return eligibility, we’ll provide the return address.
Please note: return shipping is not covered by us.
Defective or Faulty Items
Found a defect? That’s on us. Let us know within 30 days of delivery. Just send your order number, product SKU, and a quick video or some photos showing the issue to [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement — either the same item or a similar one if it’s out of stock.
Shipping Issues
Lost or misdelivered packages: If your package gets lost in transit or ends up at the wrong address due to a carrier issue, we’ll re-ship your order free of charge.
Returned packages: If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or a failed delivery attempt, we’re happy to resend it — we’ll just ask for a flat $7 reshipping fee.
Changing Your Mind?
Changed your mind after ordering? No worries — you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Just shoot us an email. If your order is already on the way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our standard return steps (only unopened items are eligible).
Received the Wrong Item?
Oops! If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days. Send a photo of the product, the packaging (including the SKU), and the shipping label — we’ll sort it out and send you the right item ASAP.

For orders over $500, please note: if you cancel or return all items (must be unopened), a 20% processing fee applies. For orders under $500, no processing fee applies — but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
